Variety Scavenger Hunt

October 11 - 24, 2020

For two week in October, we will be organizing an Instagram Scavenger Hunt for the kids of Variety and anyone who loves to take part in fun with the kids. It will be child-friendly (for children of all ages and abilities), as inclusive as we can possibly make it, and designed so that families and friends can also partake. The Instagram hunt will be a socially distanced, at-home-friendly event so everyone can be safe.

We know some of our kids need a little extra time and care, so even though the event will be two weeks long, and there will be a new challenge every two days, feel free to post any of the challenges during the event. It won't cost a dime, and the only thing you'll need is a way to post to Instagram.

RULES:

All pre-existing rules that Instagram enforces apply.
Don't do anything illegal.
Be safe to yourself and to others.
It's all about inclusivity. Participation is the most important part of it.
No being mean...ever. Be nice..all the time.
Have fun!
Use the challenge specific hashtag.

We're going to come up with some fun prizes, too! But currently, we're not in the office (where we keep our collection of cool prizes) because of closures and social distancing...we'd really like to give you some of the stuff we don't want out of our junk drawers and dusty bins in the garage and at home...but we're gonna wait it out and find really good prizes at a later date :).
